1.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of joya bat that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players agree to this dispute resolution mechanism as a condition of platform use.

1.2 Entire Agreement

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joya bat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. joya bat will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify joya bat immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Responsible Self-Assessment

4.1 Deposit Policy

4.3 Currency

All transactions on joya bat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If your payment provider performs any currency conversion, joya bat is not responsible for the exchange rate applied or any resulting discrepancy between the amount instructed and the amount received.

joya bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific conditions stated at the point of offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New joya bat players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to new registrants only. One welcome bonus per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500.

5.3 Promotional Offers

Periodic promotional offers, including reload bonuses, tournament prizes, cashback promotions, and special event bonuses, are subject to their own individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the joya bat promotions page. Where individual promotion terms conflict with these general bonus terms, the individual promotion terms take precedence for that specific offer.

All games available on the joya bat platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider, as displayed within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms and Conditions, joya bat's Terms and Conditions shall take precedence with respect to account management, payment processing, and bonus application. Game outcome decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant game provider.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on joya bat are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. joya bat reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its sole discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to acceptance delay and may be declined if the market has moved significantly during the processing period.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum time required for settlement (as defined by each sport's specific rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (also known as a "palpable error"), joya bat reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches, are subject to the individual market rules displayed for each event.

6.2 Casino and RNG Game Rules

All slot games, live casino games, and arcade games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness. 6.3 Malfunctions

8.1 Closure by joya bat

joya bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other prohibited activity.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal of a deposit transaction from your payment provider.
• Violation of the one-account rule.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, joya bat reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold withdrawal requests pending full investigation. Real-money funds (net of any forfeitable bonus amounts) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the completion of any investigation, unless those funds are subject to a legal hold or law enforcement request.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player
